We recommend new article of Kimmo Tiilikainen: 'Nutrient recycling: towards a cleaner Baltic Sea', Baltic Rim Economies 1/2016. 'Today, we must make decisions concerning the environment under somewhat strained economic circumstances. However, as we see it, a high level of environmental protection doesn?t rule out actions to boost the economy. As for protecting the Baltic Sea, the most serious and difficult problem we face is eutrophication. Although some positive observations have been reported, the problem remains'.
