The Baltic Sea Action Plan (BSAP), HELCOM?s strategic programme ofactions and measures for a healthier Baltic Sea, is due to be updated by2021. With the HELCOM Stakeholder Conference 2020, HELCOM had offeredits stakeholders the opportunity to be part of this process.

The 2020 HELCOM Stakeholder Conference ?For a sustainable Baltic Sea:The Baltic Sea Action Plan beyond 2021? was held in Helsinki on 3 March 2020.

The outcomes of the 2020 HELCOM Stakeholder Conference was broughtforward to the 41st Meeting of the Helsinki Commission (HELCOM 41-2020)held from 4 to 5 March 2020.

Project Industrial animal farms in the Baltic Sea Region - sustainable practices to reduce nutrient loads is a part of a long-term campaign of the Coalition Clean Baltic and Green Federation "GAJA", aiming to reduce the negative impact of large-scale animal production on the environment and local communities in the Baltic Sea Region, particularly by reducing nutrient run-off into the sea.
