Educational materials on industrial livestock farming and eutrophication problem in the Baltic Sea catchment area (in Polish) are now available! Set of an educational materials includes methodological guide for teachers "Large-scale agriculture and Baltic Sea eutrophication. Materials for implementing training for agricultural schools", PowerPoint presentation "Large-scale agriculture and eutrophication of the Baltic Sea. Part 1 - Causes and effects of eutrophication" and "Large-scale agriculture and eutrophication of the Baltic Sea. Part 2 - Large-scale animal farms as point sources of agricultural pollution", materials for students "Large-scale agriculture and Baltic Sea eutrophication - a set of materials for students". We encourage teachers of agricultural schools to use these materials in their education work!

Project Industrial animal farms in the Baltic Sea Region - sustainable practices to reduce nutrient loads is a part of a long-term campaign of the Coalition Clean Baltic and Green Federation "GAJA", aiming to reduce the negative impact of large-scale animal production on the environment and local communities in the Baltic Sea Region, particularly by reducing nutrient run-off into the sea.
